This was by far the best renting experience I had in my 5 years in MHK. I don't think that I could run out of good things to say. The TL;DR of this review is that this company is incredible and you won't regret renting from them. My boyfriend and I needed a short term lease, and that right there ruled out most of the rental options in Manhattan. In addition to that, we had two cats so we needed a place that accepts pets. Ben Burton offered to work with us, and was able to offer us a 6-month lease as a compromise. The property itself was incredible, very updated, well taken care of, and at an INCREDIBLE price. It was walking distance to both campus and aggieville, yet nicer and more affordable that some places we toured in the outskirts of town. Additionally, any maintenance things that did come up were promptly responded to and taken care of by the landlord personally. I never felt pushed to the side or forgotten about, which is certainly something I've experienced with larger apartment complexes. The quality, value, and management of this company go unrivaled in Manhattan. With them, you're treated as a person and valued tenant, instead of another walking paycheck trapped in a lease. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner; if we hadn't been moving out of state we would have renewed that lease in a heartbeat.
