MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - A public hearing will be conducted to consider the adoption of proposed seed law regulations. The Kansas Department of Agriculture (KDA) officials said the public hearing will take place at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19 at the Kansas Department of Agriculture located at 1320 Research Park Dr. in Manhattan, as well as via video call. KDA officials said they are proposing four new regulations along with amendments to two existing regulations, all of which will implement revisions and offer clarification to the Kansas Seed Law.
